Peak-Ryzex Launches New Managed Services Center

New Offering Launched to Help Customers Deploy, Manage, Administer and Support Their Estate of Mobile Solutions

COLUMBIA, MD--(Marketwired - Aug 13, 2013) - Peak-Ryzex, Inc. today announced that it has recently completed construction of a new Managed Services Center operated within the company's 29,000 sq. ft. Bellingham, Washington facility. The company invested in building the new Managed Services Center to help address the specific resource needs created by the rapid expansion of mobile devices in the enterprise and the increased requirement of customers to support a wide variety of mobile devices, operating systems, applications and connectivity options. For support outside of North America, Peak-Ryzex Europe also has a Managed Services Center in Chippenham, UK.

The end-to-end solution that makes up the Managed Services Center includes Deployment (procurement, staging, configuration), Help Desk Support (mobile device, operating system, application, connectivity), Depot Management (spare pool, advanced exchange, depot repair), Mobile Device Management (remote troubleshooting and IT policy enforcement), and Reporting/Analytics (reporting, analysis, and process optimization).

Peak-Ryzex deploys a five-phased methodology to help customers walk through the process of deploying and supporting mobile:
