PEDEVCO Corp. (NYSE MKT: PED), an energy company engaged in the acquisition and development of strategic high-value energy projects in the U.S. and Asia, announced today the closing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 3,250,000 shares of its common stock. In connection with the offering, the company has also granted the underwriter a 45-day option to purchase up to 487,500 additional shares of common stock from the company to cover any over-allotments, if any. The company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to fund drilling operations and for general corporate purposes.
National Securities Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of National Holdings, Inc., acted as sole book-running manager for the offering, and Casimir Capital L.P. served as the company's financial advisor for the offering.
