Pediapharm Inc to Begin Trading Under Symbol PDP on TSX Venture Exchange

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Dec. 26, 2013) - December 26, 2013 - Pediapharm Inc. (TSX VENTURE:PDP) ("Pediapharm") is pleased to announce that it has successfully met the necessary requirements to begin trading on the TSX Venture Exchange. The common shares of Pediapharm will begin trading on December 27, 2013, at market open under the ticker symbol "PDP". In connection with the listing on the TSX Venture Exchange, on December 10, 2013, Pediapharm announced it had received gross proceeds of $6,967,490 from its equity financing activities.
