Pentagon Federal Credit Union Introduces the New PenFed Promise Card; Featuring No Fees and Low APR

ALEXANDRIA, VA--(Marketwire - March 2, 2010) -  Pentagon Federal Credit Union (PenFed) announced today the introduction of their new PenFed Promise Card; the latest addition to their diverse card portfolio. The Promise Card features absolutely no fees and carries a favorable low rate for purchases.

The PenFed Promise Card features a low 7.49% introductory purchase APR for the first 36 months. Once the introductory period of 36 months is over, the APR will be adjusted to a variable rate of Prime (currently 3.25%) plus 6.74%. 

Along with a low introductory APR, the Promise Card is absolutely free of the standard industry fees that traditionally accompany most cards. This impressive "no-fee" list includes: late fees, over-limit fees, balance transfer fees, cash advance fees, foreign transaction fees, returned check fees.
