PeopleBrowsr Presents the History of Social Networking: An Illustrated Timeline of Social Media Sensations in Celebration of 75 Years of the Advertising Research Foundation, Re:Think 2011

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - March 23, 2011) - PeopleBrowsr, the high-tech social analytics and engagement company, has released a visualized timeline of the History of Social Networking. Illustrating current social media sensations, such as Rebecca Black and Charlie Sheen, and historical milestones dating back to the 1930s, the timeline is being released in honor of the Advertising Research Foundation's 75th Anniversary. PeopleBrowsr commissioned the artwork for the San Francisco Command Center, as part of the company's ongoing commitment to analyzing emerging trends, curating and documenting social media.

As the advertising and marketing industry benchmark for historical research, the ARF has inspired PeopleBrowsr to release its visualized representation of the history of social networking. PeopleBrowsr partnered with the Advertising Research Foundation to provide critical insights and thought leadership during Re:Think 2011 and hosted a booth as part of the Insights Zone, from March 20-23 in New York at the Marriott Marquis.
