As managing director, Newman is responsible for business sales, marketing and overall support of the company's operations as it expands throughout the U.K. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the use of psychometric assessment for recruiting and developing effective personnel. He is a teaching graduate with an extensive background in military and business management, and he has developed substantial programs in creativity, leadership and team building for several major companies and government departments. Newman holds a certificate in Occupational Testing and is a well-known conference speaker and contributor to recruitment-focused journals and publications.
