PeopleCube Experiences Record Growth in 2005

Sustained revenue growth, 400 new customers and corporate acquisition highlight accomplishments for human process management solutions provider

PeopleCube, the leader in on-demand human process management, reached several milestones and registered record growth in 2005. The company grew its business by 30 percent, acquired its fourth company within three years, and secured more than 400 new customers worldwide. In addition, the company changed its name from Meeting Maker, Inc. to PeopleCube.

During 2005, PeopleCube added more than 400 new customers, with more than 100 in education, further solidifying the company's position as the leading provider of scheduling and process management solutions in the education market. This growth brings the number of licensed PeopleCube customers to over 7,500 with more than 11 million users worldwide.

In addition, PeopleCube grew its business by more than 30 percent for the fourth consecutive year, including new installations by some of the world's most innovative organizations such as Alcatel, AstraZeneca, General Motors, Procter & Gamble, Tufts University, University of Notre Dame, and Ville de Paris.

Additionally, in November of 2005, the company acquired U.K.-based PeopleCube, a provider of advanced on-demand Business Process Management (BPM) applications, making it the fourth acquisition in three years. As a result, the company changed its name from Meeting Maker, Inc. to PeopleCube to reflect its expanded focus of providing industry-leading Human Process Management (HPM) solutions, the next generation of BPM. Through this acquisition, PeopleCube added Accenture, BASF, British Petroleum, British Telecom and PricewaterhouseCoopers to its current list of high-profile customers.
