Mr. Jones added, "The talent management market is experiencing dramatic changes and with Peoplefluent continuing to advance that change, the clarity of our Company's message is more important than ever. A proven human resources solutions professional from Mellon Bank and Fidelity Investments, Mr. Caldon rejoined Peoplefluent in 2010 to lead the Professional Services and Customer Support organizations for the Talent Management portfolio. In 2011, he transitioned into a sales leadership role, during which time he delivered powerful quarters of organic growth and was instrumental in defining and growing Peoplefluent's partnership with Mercer.

Mr. Caldon brings deep expertise in global business execution, in enterprise-level customer service and in product development and deployment from his prior posts as Vice President and Head of Product Management at Fidelity HR Services and Fidelity Investments, respectively. In his role at Fidelity, Mr. Caldon was responsible for market and product strategy, operational execution and financial modeling in a full scale product development and deployment effort that spanned four continents to deliver a leading global HR outsourcing offering for use in EMEA and North America.
