Peopleline Completes Phase 1 of Development and Generates Over 1,000 New Subscribers

LOS ANGELES, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 15, 2006 -- Peopleline Inc. (OTC: PLLN) announced today that it has successfully completed Phase 1 its VoIP services program.

Ed Gallagher, CEO Peopleline, said, "That over 1,000 homes and businesses have already signed up to use the services, during the period generating over (20) twenty million minutes of phone and fax calls. This initial demand further enforces the demand for these services, and sets the stage for our next phase of expansion into other cities. Particularly encouraging was our penetration into the small-business sector with hosted VoIP PBX services and our progress work with the resellers. A further growth area will be providing IP connectivity for on premise PBXs. In all, we anticipate sales accelerating in both sectors in the coming months fuelled in part by the general acceptance of VoIP by the Public and by our adherence to the results learned during Phase 1."
