PLYMOUTH, MI--(Marketwire - Jun 18, 2012) - Perceptron, Inc. (NASDAQ: PRCP) will hold a Users' Conference for its Automated Systems customers on June 19 - 21, 2012 in Bad Wimpfen, Germany. "This is the first time we have held a users' conference in Germany," said Harry T. Rittenour, Perceptron President and CEO. "We are absolutely delighted by the number of different OEMs from across the entire European continent that have signed-up to attend and present at the sessions. This event will provide all participants with a unique forum to exchange information and best practices on how they are using their Perceptron equipment to reduce dimensional variation in their production processes and thus eliminate unnecessary manufacturing costs."

"We currently have delegates confirmed from ASTON MARTIN, AUDI, BMW, FIAT, GM/OPEL/VAUXHALL, HONDA, JAGUAR, LAND-ROVER, MAGNA, MAN, MERCEDES-BENZ, NISSAN, PSA, SEAT, VOLVO, VW, and others," said John Kearney, Managing Director of Perceptron's European Operations. "The wide spectrum of contributing OEMs and automotive suppliers assures us that the meetings will be a huge success. Besides the various presentations and networking opportunities, participants will be able to experience Perceptron's in-line gauging and robot guidance technology 'live in action' at Audi's manufacturing plant in Neckarsulm where we have organized an extensive tour."
