Percussion Software to Present at FutureM Conference

WOBURN, MA--(Marketwired - Oct 3, 2013) - Two Percussion Software staffers will present at FutureM, a marketing and technology conference held in Boston, Mass. October 16-18.

Daniel Flanigan, vice president of products, will join a panel in an interactive presentation titled "Giving Your Business the SMACdown" where thought leaders from the technology and marketing industries will brainstorm real-time solutions to business problems. Competing against another group of panelists, Flanigan and his team will consider the role of social, mobile, analytics and cloud technologies (SMAC) in positioning businesses for greater growth.

The fast-paced competition will challenge the panelists to deliver the best solutions for a set of previously vetted business problems, selected by panel sponsor Boston-based Ayantek.

Alexis Karlin, digital marketing manager, will partner with speakers from Postwire and Forrester Research to deliver a talk based on Percussion's popular webinar, "Why Sales Doesn't Use Your Content (and What to Do About It)." She will present strategies for bridging marketing efforts and sales needs, and creating frameworks for content that is reusable, relevant, and sales-oriented.

Known as the must-attend event for discovering what's next, MITX's FutureM brings together marketing and technology innovators to contemplate and celebrate the future of Marketing. FutureM is about Marketing with a capital M -- integrating traditional marketing, digital marketing, R&D, product development and all other parts of an organization that impact customer engagement and purchasing decisions; all hosted at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston.
