Perihelion Global Receives Delivery of Refinery Building at Opp, Alabama Refinery Site; Construction Slated to Begin Later Today

WILMINGTON, DE and SANTA ROSA BEACH, FL--(Marketwire - December 19, 2007) - Perihelion Global (PINKSHEETS: PHGI), a development company with interests in natural resources, alternative energies, and advanced communications, today announced that the company has received delivery of the TITAN II building components from Capital Construction, Inc. for use at its Opp, Alabama refinery site.

As announced in October, the company selected Montgomery, Alabama-based Capital Construction to facilitate the installation of the Cover-All Building Systems' TITAN II series building for phase one of Perihelion's Opp, Alabama refinery site. The company is pleased to note that the materials and equipment have been received and will be delivered to the Opp refinery site this afternoon by Capital Construction. Capital Construction has notified the company that it is scheduled to start erecting the steel frame components of the building on-site today (weather permitting). Construction crews have arrived in Opp, Alabama early this morning as part of the assembly team.

The company anticipates that the internal assembly of the refinery components (piping, tanks, etc.) will begin shortly after completion of the building structure and should position the refinery for initial production early in 2008.
