"We're extremely pleased with the consolidation of two respected corporate brands and believe it offers our growing customer base many new and innovative distribution/marketing programs," said Ian Carrus, PDC's president. According to Carrus, PDC will continue to advance its Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs. "Our customer supply representatives are on the road every day bringing parts to the production lines," he added.
