Perisson Petroleum Corporation Announces ANH Extension to Colombian VMM-17 Block

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - April 7, 2015) - Perisson Petroleum Corporation ("Perisson" or the "Company") (CSE:POG) is pleased to announce that, through a Colombian government initiative that is applicable to all exploration blocks in Colombia, it has received an extension on its VMM-17 block in Colombia, South America.

The extension provides the Company with an additional nine months in 2015 and six months in 2016 to meet the obligations contained in our VMM-17 License, effectively rewarding the Company with an extension until June 30, 2016.

Additionally and separately, the Company has utilized existing clauses in its contract with the Colombian authorities to formally request a long-term license extension based upon relatively standard circumstances. The Company expects this request to be satisfied in the near-term.

Gary Chen, CEO of the Corporation commented, "On the heels of our recent management changes and office move to Calgary, we are very excited about entering the next phase of our Company's development. We expect 2015 to be a much more active year and hope to put a lot of important milestones behind us as we work towards establishing ourselves as an active and successful participant in the Colombian oil industry."
