Perlus Microcap Fund Acquires Shares of Roctest Ltd

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Feb. 16, 2009) - Perlus Microcap Fund ("Perlus") today announced that, on December 15, 2008, it acquired ownership of 634,600 common shares of Roctest Ltd. ("Roctest")(TSX:RTT), representing approximately 11.41% of Roctest's currently issued and outstanding common shares. The common shares were purchased by Perlus through the facilities of the Toronto Stock Exchange. This news release is being issued under the early warning provisions of Canadian provincial securities legislation.

As of this date, Perlus now beneficially owns, directs and has control over 749,100 common shares of Roctest, representing, in the aggregate, approximately 13.46% of Roctest's currently issued and outstanding common shares.

Perlus has purchased the common shares for investment purposes only. Depending on market conditions and other factors that Perlus may deem material to its investment decisions, Perlus may in the future acquire common shares or other securities of Roctest, in the open market or in privately negotiated purchases or otherwise, and may also, depending on then-current circumstances, dispose of all or a portion of the common shares, or other securities, in one or more transactions, in each case to the extent then permitted by applicable law and regulation.
