TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Sept. 30, 2015) - Further to its previous press release of September 3, 2015 in connection with its entering into a definitive agreement to acquire the Market Leader business from Zillow Group, Inc., Constellation Software Inc. ("Constellation") (TSX:CSU) today announced its Perseus division ("Perseus") has met the closing conditions and finalized the acquisition of the Market Leader business.
