Pete Lapaseotes and Robert Van Schoick Join IMI Global Board of Directors

Three Other Directors Reelected at Annual Meeting of Stockholders


CASTLE ROCK, CO--(Marketwire - August 16, 2007) - Integrated Management Information, Inc. (IMI Global) (OTCBB: INMG), a leading provider of verification and Internet solutions for the agriculture industry, today announced that prominent beef industry executives Pete Lapaseotes, Jr. and Robert Van Schoick II have joined the Company's board of directors. The addition of Lapaseotes and Van Schoick raised the total number of directors to five, including four independent directors.

The Company also announced that John Saunders, Dr. Gary Smith and Adam Larson were reelected to the board during the recent annual meeting of stockholders.

Lapaseotes, 48, and his brother manage the Lapaseotes family farm and feeding operations in Bridgeport, Nebraska. Those holdings include a cow calf operation, a grass cattle operation and a finish feed yard. Lapaseotes is also a partner in five John Deere dealerships and 11 The Mercantile Farm, Ranch & Home retail stores. He is a member of the board of directors of Valley Bank and Trust.

Van Schoick, 55, is president of Med-Pharmex Animal Health. His previous experience includes 28 years in sales and marketing with pharmaceutical giant Merck & Co., where he served for nine years with Merial, Merck's world leading animal health joint venture. He holds BA and MA degrees from Austin College and a BS in Animal Science from Texas A&M.
