Boutros will be responsible for the overall business including realtor and homebuilding partnerships, property acquisition, marketing & sales and operational management of The New House, an innovative company that is redefining the way homes are built. By applying its proprietary Precision-Built(SM) Construction process, The New House builds high-quality, energy-efficient homes in 90 days or less from building permit to move-in.

Boutros has a diverse, proven background working with many world-renowned companies. He also spent nearly 10 years working for The Walt Disney Company in various international locations and global roles, ultimately serving as senior vice president of Worldwide Category Management. He currently serves as co-chair of the Harvard Business School Association of Southern California's Angels.
