Peter Dolphin Named Executive Vice President of Sales at APS

BOSTON, MA--(Marketwired - November 05, 2014) - Advanced Practice Strategies (APS) today announced that Peter Dolphin has joined the organization as Executive Vice President of Sales to further expand the company's growing portfolio of regional and national accounts. Peter has spent over 25 years working with medical information systems and possesses a wealth of sales and sales leadership experience. "APS' unique education platform, GNOSIS™, provides health systems a needed tool to advance the performance of clinicians," says Dolphin. "I look forward to the opportunity to further refine and focus our sales efforts in this important market."

Most recently, Peter was Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at PatientKeeper, a leading provider of healthcare applications for physicians. Prior to joining PatientKeeper, Dolphin was Executive Vice President of Business Development at Beacon Partners, a leading healthcare consulting firm. Previously, Peter was Executive Vice President at eScription, where he led and built the sales department from inception through the company's successful sale to Nuance Inc. Dolphin began his career at IDX Systems where he focused on opening new markets and held a variety of sales and sales leadership positions for 17 years. Peter holds a B.A. in economics from Providence College.
