Petrolium Oil Alliance Inc. Announces New Board of Directors to PetrOil Inc. Formerly CybeRecord Inc.

DUBAI, UAE--(Marketwire - November 14, 2008) - Petrolium Oil Alliance Inc, as the majority shareholder of PetrOil Inc. formerly CybeRecord, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: CYRD), announces the appointment of a new board of directors to CybeRecord, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: CYRD), by Action taken on July 16th 2008. The new board members are: Mr. Munther Daher -- a veteran executive director of multinational companies with 20 years experience. Justice Jamal Alassaf -- brings over 14 years of law experience, serving the past 5 years as a Justice in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Mr. Ibrahim Gad -- a Senior Vice President with international experience who has held posts as officer and director. Mr. Alfred Victor Brewster -- an executive director with several IBC companies for the past 15 years. Mr. Conrad Nikolas -- a veteran in exploration and drilling of the Oil and Gas industry in the Middle East and Africa for the past 17 years.

During a CybeRecord, Inc. Board of Directors meeting held on July 22nd 2008 the resignations of Mr. Michael Morris as President and Ms. Young Kim as Secretary and Director were accepted by the board. At which time the board held elections and unanimously appointed Munther Daher as President and Ibrahim Gad as Corporate Secretary/Treasurer.
