PetroWorth Resources Inc. Posts Restated Management Discussion & Analysis

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(CCNMatthews - March 29, 2007) - PetroWorth Resources Inc. (CNQ:PTWR) (FRANKFURT:T3F):

Further to the news release issued on February 26, 2007, PetroWorth announces that it has posted the restated Management Discussion and Analysis for the year ended December 31, 2005, and the quarters ended March 31, 2006, June 30, 2006 and September 30, 2006 as described in detail in its February 26, 2007 news release. PetroWorth Resources Inc. is a junior oil and gas exploration company with extensive onshore properties in Eastern Canada. The Company has acquired 100% working interests in almost one million acres in nine separate exploration permits on Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick.
