PF Hospitality Group Signs With Top 2016 NFL Prospect Keanu Neal to Become Brand Ambassador for Its Athletic Brand Division EXO

BOCA RATON, FL--(Marketwired - Apr 7, 2016) - PF Hospitality Group, Inc. (OTCQB: PFHS), a management firm which develops and operates innovative and healthy brands within the restaurant, hospitality and retail health & wellness industries, announced today that 2016 top NFL prospect Keanu Neal signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding to become a brand ambassador for our Athletic Brand division EXO:EXO, Inc. ("EXO"). EXO is a designer and producer of active wear brands offered in national fitness retailers in the U.S. with plans for Mr. Neal to promote EXO's products exclusively within the knee sleeve, knee wrap, wrist wrap and weight belt category targeted for the high performance athletic market.

"We are excited about Mr. Neal becoming our newest brand ambassador for our [new] line of products designed for athletes as we continue to see potential for growth created by a focus on fitness and healthy living resulting in more active lifestyles," said Sloane McComb, President of EXO. Mr. Neal is a former safety with the University of Florida Gators who elected to enter the 2016 NFL draft after his junior year finishing the 2015 season with 96 tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss, two sacks and an interception. He is considered "ultra-athletic and strong" and embodies the personal and athletic characteristics our target market customer strives for. Mr. Neal will join our other sponsored CrossFit athletes, Noah Ohlsen, who recently won 1st place in the 2016 CrossFit Games Open Men's Division and Brooke Ence who won third place in the Northern California Region of the 2016 CrossFit Games Open Women's Division.

A brand founded on designing fashionable, functional, affordable products for athletes, while staying ahead of the trend, EXO (www.exosleeve.com) has experienced healthy growth among the functional fitness retail community. Led by Sloane McComb, a veteran of the retail nutrition industry and an athlete herself, EXO plans expand into this market with its [new] assortment of high performance products for the growing consumer fitness community.

EXO seeks to position itself as a top consumer brand of choice within the functional fitness market riding the wave of a worldwide fitness industry growth phenomena with worldwide sports apparel and footwear sales having jumped 42% to $270 billion since 2008 according to an October 30, 2015 Morgan Stanley research report. One company that has experienced significant growth in this industry is CrossFit, a now multi-million-dollar brand with revenue reaching $100MM, according to Forbes Magazine article http://www.forbes.com/sites/mikeozanian/2015/02/25/how-crossfit-became-a-4-billion-brand, which boasts more than 13,000 fitness facilities as of January, 2016. The global fitness and health club industry focused on the millennial-age customers generates more than $77.5 billion in revenue according to the 2014 International Health, Racquet & Sportsclub Association (IHRSA) Global Report. Taking a nod from the revenue growth within this market, and having a strong understanding of this shared customer group from years of experience within the restaurant and hospitality space, we are developing and identifying for acquisition brands within its portfolio for an eventual franchise proposition. We believe this strategy offers greater potential for company and shareholder value.

We believe that the addition of Mr. Neal as our newest brand ambassador positions EXO for further expansion of its active wear brands and athletic performance products.
