Phantom Fiber Appoints Shimon Constante to its Board of Directors

New Director Brings Mobile and Entertainment Industry Expertise to the Company

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Nov. 28, 2006) - Phantom Fiber Corporation (OTCBB:PHFB), a worldwide leader in the development of wireless platform software, has appointed Shimon Constante to its Board of Directors.

Shimon Constante, age 33, has been Chief Executive Officer of mPortico, a private mobile distribution and marketing services provider since he founded the company in December 2005. Prior to that, he was head of Mobile Business Development at, a global online gaming provider based in Gibraltar. Mr. Constante also gained experience as Head of Technology and Business Research at Aduva, a private technology company that was subsequently acquired by Sun Microsystems. In addition to holding a position on Phantom Fiber's Board, Mr. Constante sits on the Board of Directors at Cidway Security, a private, mobile device technology company based in Switzerland.
