Phantom Fiber Launches Three Additional Gaming Sites on Its Mobile Platform

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Dec. 12, 2006) - Phantom Fiber Corporation (OTCBB:PHFB), a wireless transaction enablement company specializing in the mobile digital media sector is pleased to announce that BetCris, a leader in the gaming industry is scheduled to launch three new brands onto the wireless network.

These three new additions have a complementary focus to the existing mobile brands from the BetCris group. The new clients include Bet Shamrock (www.betshamrock.com), Betyourdriver (www.betyourdriver.com) and TC Bets (www.TCbets.com). They will allow players to bet on sports & horses racing events via their mobile phones and PDA's. Each brand has a diverse list of clients such as TC Bets focus on the horse racing industry.

The integration of the Phantom Fiber's mobile application into the BetCris properties has added value to their overall offering.
