Phil Keoghan, Host of The Amazing Race™, to Present Additional Screenings of His Feature Length Documentary "THE RIDE"

A Chronicle of Phil's Life Changing Bike Ride Across America in Support of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society

CHARLOTTE, NC--(Marketwire - Apr 25, 2011) - The Amazing Race™ Host, author, and philanthropist Phil Keoghan will hold ten additional screenings of his feature length documentary THE RIDE which documents his 40 day, 3,500 mile bike trek across the U.S. to raise money and awareness for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Screenings will begin on April 25 in San Diego, CA and end on May 6 in Miami, FL. Phil will be on hand at all screenings to take photographs, sign autographs, answer questions and hand out samples of his new NOW™ Energy Bars ( Tickets are available online at and at all theater box offices. One Hundred percent of all ticket sales for THE RIDE will go to each city's local National Multiple Sclerosis Society chapter.

THE RIDE recounts the most physical and mental challenge of Phil's life thus far. Afflicted with devastating injuries, treacherous weather and physical exhaustion, THE RIDE offers viewers the opportunity to experience the multiple obstacles Phil and his team faced and the perseverance they demonstrated to meet their goal and raise half a million dollars for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
