Phil Sims Named Chief Technology Officer for HelloWorld

Industry Veteran Will Build on the Company's Strong History of Technological Innovation

PLEASANT RIDGE, MI--(Marketwired - Mar 16, 2015) - HelloWorld, a leading digital marketing solutions company, announced today that Phil Sims has joined the company as Chief Technology Officer. Sims brings with him over 26 years of experience within the technology industry, having worked extensively in software engineering and product development in positions at companies including Constant Contact, one the industry's largest email, social and mobile service providers, The Cobalt Group, a leading technology provider to the automotive industry, and inGENIOso.

In his role at HelloWorld, Sims will be responsible for continuing to develop HelloWorld's state-of-the-art platform capability across promotions, loyalty and mobile offerings. He will lead the engineering organization within the company, with HelloWorld's infrastructure, application and software development and technology platform teams reporting to him. He will report to Amit Dhadwal, Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer for the company.
