Philadelphia Marriott Downtown's Sous Chef Tapes Segment for ABC'S WPVI to Promote Midtown Village Fall Festival

PHILADELPHIA, PA--(Marketwire - Oct 6, 2011) - Andrew Riegel, Sous Chef of the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown, was featured in a food segment on Wednesday, September 28^th to promote the Midtown Village Fall Festival.

Chef Riegel prepared a Shrimp Taco dish which features Local Heirloom Tomatoes and Hydroponic Bibb Lettuce for WPVI's Karen Rogers in the kitchen of Thirteen Restaurant at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown under the watchful eye of his mentor, Executive Sous Chef Judson Branch. The shrimp tacos were sold for $3, and Marriott's Thirteen table was located on 13^th Street between Chestnut and Walnut during the festival.
