Philip Martin Joins McGhee Productivity Solutions

DENVER, CO--(Marketwire - Apr 27, 2011) - McGhee Productivity Solutions (McGhee), international productivity consulting firm, is pleased to announce that Philip Martin has joined the team as an Executive Sales Consultant. Martin joins the firm most recently from the David Allen Company where he developed significant new business in the US as a trusted advisor to leading government and Fortune 500 clients.

Martin brings with him extensive experience in organizational development, training and strategic selling. A native of Nashville, TN, he received his BA from Birmingham-Southern College and his M.B.A. from the Owen School of Management at Vanderbilt University. Martin began his career with global manufacturing company, Cummings, where he opened the Mid-Atlantic territory and went on to launch several companies including design firm Strategic Design Group and real estate advisory firm Synergistic FM Solutions. He then created Global Synergistics, an organizational effectiveness consulting practice and served as a Partner with NetSpeed Leadership.

With McGhee, Martin will develop strategic relationships with organizations seeking to transform their cultures through increased alignment, focus, integrity, and accountability.
