Phoenix - Building a Marketing Strategy That Matters

ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwired - Mar 6, 2015) - There comes a time in the professional development of an organization where the company has the ability and the desire to do more, to be more, and say more. So many marketing firms start with a product that means little and ally that piece of merchandise with something that appeals to an individual's wants, needs, and basic humanity. At Phoenix, marketing is so much more than propaganda. As one of the nation's top leading experts on face-to-face marketing and brand promotion, we realize that it is not enough to say something is worthwhile. Phoenix stands behind their people, their methods, and their clients because they believe that they are doing something great. Recent events have proved just that. With the promotions of Mike Miliner, Brian Lawhon, Eric Williams, Terrence Strickland, Frank Harlow, and Sabetha Bolden-Holley, Phoenix is looking to expand in a major way in 2015. Not only are these individuals top in performance, mentorship, and professional integrity; they also excel in their pursuit of building a better Atlanta through community outreach.

When asked what these recent promotions would mean for Phoenix and the growing management training program, Market Manager Clarence Young replied: "We are always looking to grow and expand. We have established a strong leadership core as our brand ambassadors have pushed for a higher level of responsibility. Our goal is to expand into 3 more offices in the next 3-4 months, and our leaders' passion for the business will help us to get there."

The management training program at Phoenix, which focuses on leadership, team building, marketing strategy, and communications, is a comprehensive program designed to take talented individuals and help them grow with the company long-term. When asked about his recent promotion in January 2015, Frank Harlow expressed his admiration for the strong support system that he found within the organization, stating, "Every day we talk about ways to overcome situations and inspire each other. I used to have trouble with the breakdown. Jordan, Mike, Bronx, and CJ all helped me and encouraged me a lot through it. Now, it is my strongest suit." Frank's experience is just one example of the uplifting atmosphere present in Phoenix's management training program. Another promising new Team Supervisor, Brian Lawhon, told us about his experience as he has stepped into leadership, stating, "I have been trying to lead by example everyday with the things I can control. Attitude, punctuality, and a student mentality will make me successful every time."

Not only do these new managers uplift each other, they also take time on their days off to give back with the Phoenix Cares community service program. On January 28th, members of Phoenix Cares gathered at a local homeless shelter in Smyrna, called 7 Bridges to Recovery, to cook and serve dinner for the women and children who have found refuge there. Mike Miliner, Phoenix's new Assistant Manager, told us about his experience: "I have kids, so when I saw the little girls help serve bread, oblivious to their circumstances and still willing to help, it reminded me of the innocence of children; and, how with the right environment, they can be loving and successful no matter their situation." When asked if he felt it was important to give back, he replied affirmatively, saying, "It's the community that supports a business, and it should be a priority to give back." Team Supervisor Sabetha Bolden-Holley attended the community service event as well. She said, "7 Bridges allowed me the opportunity to give back to the community and gave me further awareness of what's occurring in our own backyard. Hunger is an epidemic and we all can do our part to bring it to an end."

Phoenix is an organization which believes in people. Phoenix believes in the inner strength of an individual and the greater power of an organization built upon the principles of being more. Recently named number one in the nation, this organization is setting the bar higher, reaching out further, and shooting for greater goals and success for their employees and their organization. With leaders like their newly promoted managers leading the charge, it's hard to not be excited for what the future has in store for this company.
