Phoenix Integrated Store Consultants Makes Atlanta's Best and Brightest for 2015

ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwired - May 15, 2015) - Phoenix Integrated Store Consultants is proud to announce the addition of their company name on Atlanta's Best and Brightest Companies to Work for in 2015. From the expansion of their client base to include cellular and security industries, to travel opportunities for emerging leaders, Phoenix should be seeing massive amounts of expansion this upcoming quarter. As one of the nation's top providers of in-store marketing and brand management services, Phoenix's presence is quickly growing throughout the greater Atlanta area. Market Manager, CJ Young, the 2014 National Consistency Manager of the Year, discussed the company's expansion goals stating that the company planned on opening into ten additional local retail locations, eight new markets, and eight additional management positions this year.

Phoenix is well on the way toward meeting their expansion goals with the promotion of Franklin Harlow, Phoenix's new Market Manager, on May 5, 2015. When asked about his experience in Phoenix's Management Training Program, Harlow asserted, "Phoenix has changed my life in ways I never would have imagined." The management training program, which focuses on teaching aspects of business development, sales, marketing strategy, teambuilding, and communication, was developed to help career-oriented employees meet their personal and professional goals from within the organization. Catherine Autry, an Account Executive at Phoenix, told us, "I believe that this company will help me grow as an individual as well as part of a team. The opportunities here are endless, and I look forward to the success I will accomplish here."

One unique aspect about management training at Phoenix is that it provides travel opportunities to individuals in leadership roles who are trying to help build the business. Market Manager, CJ Young, recently had the opportunity to network with the company's national consultants during a three-day national networking event in Las Vegas. Young confided that "Travel opportunities like this one really give leaders the opportunity to see the big picture. Often, you have to do the things that others won't do to be able to live that life that others won't have. It was great to get to know others who have the same mindset and drive to make their businesses a success."

Networking is such a huge part of the basis of marketing, and Phoenix wants both rookie and veteran leaders alike to have the opportunity to grow professionally in the organization. Harlow and Team Leader, Leo Smith, recently took a trip to Dallas, Texas for a Top Leader Meeting. Smith discussed his views on the importance of networking as a leader, exclaiming, "Dallas was an experience like no other. It gave me the chance to network with marketing professionals across the company and meet top managers." In addition, Harlow asserted that leadership conferences like these help budding professionals, like himself, to build up a strong sense of character and professionalism that they can carry over into their daily business interactions.

Market Manager CJ Young shared his life and business model, stating, "Teamwork makes the dream work." By providing his trainees with the same opportunities that he was given to build a team and create a wide network, he feels that he will enable the company to be more successful and diverse in the long run. "It all starts with the people. That's the reason I do what I do," said Young, who recently allowed himself to get pied in the face in a Phoenix Cares inspired fundraiser for the March of Dimes. With all of the expansion, opportunity, and willingness to pay it forward in the company and community, one can easily see how Phoenix Integrated Store Consultants was named on the 2015 Best and Brightest Companies to Work for in Atlanta.
