Phoenix Integrated Store Consultants Travels to Bahamas

ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwired - Aug 24, 2015) - Market Manager, CJ Young, recently announced his decision to treat Phoenix employees to an all-expense paid vacation to the Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas. The trip, which will be offered to top management and company administration, will take place in mid-October and will provide employees with the chance to celebrate the accomplishments of the year. The Public Relations Manager, Halie Waddell, who attended the R&R excursion to Cancun, Mexico last year, expressed her excitement for the Bahamas vacation, stating, "Last year was unbelievable. We had such an amazing time playing in paradise. The trip ended up being a real bonding opportunity for all of us in the office. I guess you never really know someone until you find yourself zip-lining with them; it definitely has helped me to have more open communication with my team here."

Travel opportunities like these are an integral part of the company culture at Phoenix Integrated Store Consultants, but travel at Phoenix isn't all fun and games. Market Manager, CJ Young, recently returned from the Keys to Success Conference in Dallas, Texas where he had the opportunity to network and learn from some of the top leaders in marketing strategy and leadership. When asked about his experience at the conference, Young remarked, "It was a learning experience. No matter how much experience that I have or how good I think that I am doing, I always have to keep in mind that there is always so much more to learn and so many ways to finding success as a manager." Young uses the conference as a chance to pick up the latest training and coaching techniques so that he can implement them in the Phoenix office located in Sandy Springs.

Phoenix Integrated Store Consultants is famous for its in-house mentorship program for employees that has helped them to develop the territory and operate in over twenty locations throughout the greater Atlanta area. Because of recent growth and the addition of new clients, Young has developed and promoted Devin Jordan and Sydarrian Edwards to Campaign Managers in the Sandy Springs office. As Campaign Managers, Jordan and Edwards will have the opportunity to manage multiple locations in addition to several teams of Brand Ambassadors at the office. Jordan shared his experience with the management development strategies at Phoenix, stating, "Persistence, vision, and determination to succeed are the things that keep me going. My motto is never follow or take advice from someone you are not willing to trade places with."

In addition to travel and management opportunities, Phoenix employees also take the time to give back to their community on the side. The company recently held a fundraiser at the Wing Factory on Cumberland Blvd. for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Georgia® on August 7, 2015 called Wings for Wishes. The evening consisted of a wing-eating competition, karaoke, family, friends, and a special appearance from Jordan's son, Izzy, a Make-A-Wish recipient. The evening was a monumental success, and the employees at Phoenix Integrated Store Consultants were able to raise $1600 to support the organization that helps to grant the wishes of children in the area suffering from life-threatening conditions.
