About the Lawsuit

PhotoMedex and certain of its executives are charged with issuing a series of materially false and misleading statements, violating federal securities laws.

These false statements and omissions included, in part, that: (i) the effectiveness of the Company's key product, the no!no! device, rested on flimsy, weak studies; (ii) a more credible study concluded that the no!no! device worked no better than shaving and raised serious doubts as to its effectiveness; (iii) the Company materially overstated the prospects for the no!no! device in the Japanese market; and (iv) as a result of the above, the Company's public statements with regard to the its growth, operations and business prospects were false and misleading at all relevant times.
