PhotoViolationMeter'TM' Make North American Debut

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - May 30, 2006) -

Photo Violation Technology Corp.™ unveils line-up at Growth 2006

Photo Violation Technologies Corp. ("PVT"), a leader in technologically innovative parking meter solutions, is proud to announce its overwhelming success at the annual International Parking Institute (IPI) tradeshow, Growth 2006, in Las Vegas, Nevada where they unveiled their parking technology of the future that will undoubtedly revolutionize the parking industry and perfect how people park. Over 2400 attended the 4-day event with exhibition booths from more than 170 companies.

Tradeshow attendees could not help but take the time to investigate while passing the PhotoViolationMeter™, which made its North American industrial debut. The public were spellbound by the machine that has incorporated all the innovative features from previous generations of parking meters into one unit. Just like the classic meter heads, the PVM is there to greet you right by your car, so you do not have to walk a block to purchase a parking ticket. It is also more convenient since you no longer need exact change. Aside from accepting payment in multiple currencies of coins, it also accepts credit card, debit card, smart card, and even payments by phone.

PVT also unveiled new cashless wireless parking meters for whom PVT will be the official North American distributor. The meters accept payment from credit card, smart card, and payment over the phone. Wireless technology allows real time auditing and records all transactions. The cashless feature will prevent theft and discourages vandalism of the units.

The meters are a huge success with university and college campuses. Students have welcomed the meters that will only charge them the amount they used with open arms.
