ePRO Market Leader to Announce Major New eDiary Hardware News, Showcase Bluetooth Integration With VIASYS Devices, Speak About Fraud in the Electronic Age

BOSTON, MA--(Marketwire - June 16, 2008) - PHT Corporation will continue its tradition of introducing electronic patient reported outcome (ePRO) industry innovations at the Drug Information Association (DIA)'s 44th Annual Meeting in Boston (June 22-26). In addition to exhibiting the revolutionary SitePad Tablet at Exhibit Booth #1309, the company will officially announce an exciting new hardware platform for its pioneering LogPad System. PHT is the leading provider of ePRO solutions used in more than 350 clinical trials worldwide. Highlights of PHT's DIA agenda:

-- Expanded LogPad Product Suite - PHT will unveil a groundbreaking new
LogPad hardware platform and software architecture that will further expand
the company's market-leading portfolio of eDiary solutions.

-- SitePad Tablet - This revolutionary eSource technology is the first
viable solution to meet intense market demand for complete and timely site-
based PRO data captured on a user-friendly and large-screen mobile device.
Visitors to PHT's booth will be able to experience the SitePad Tablet
firsthand, and will be entered to win a Samsung Q1 Ultra Mobile PC.

-- eSense™ Product Line Additions - PHT is pleased to announce and
demonstrate Bluetooth integration of VIASYS measurement devices. Such
integration with the LogPad ensures devices are used appropriately (and on
time) while eliminating invented data and transcription error.

-- StudyWorks™ and SafetyPRO™ Alerts - Visitors also can interact
with PHT's StudyWorks™ system of flexible data summaries and data
delivery capabilities in real time. PHT's data transfers are certified to
the CDISC ODM 1.2.1 standard, which allows easy integration into EDC,
clinical trial management and statistical analysis systems. StudyWorks
features SafetyPRO™ email and phone alerts which take patient safety to new
levels by triggering instant notifications to medical personnel as
suspicious symptom responses are entered into LogPads based on custom
    criteria and thresholds.

-- ePRO Thought leadership - Stephen A. Raymond, PhD, PHT's CSO and
Quality Officer, will chair a session on "Detecting Fraud in the Age of
Electronic Records." Subject matter experts will discuss how to identify,
evaluate and avoid the risk and incidence of fraud in the electronic age.
The panel is scheduled for June 25 from 10:30am-12:00pm in Room 258B as a
part of the eClinical track, Session number 341.

In addition, PHT senior executives will be on hand to discuss ePRO technology and future directions and update attendees on new data integration capabilities with strategic partners including ICON and OmniComm.

"The DIA meeting is an excellent opportunity for PHT to showcase our scientific leadership, ePRO product innovations, technology directions and advances with our clients and partners," said Phil Lee, PHT's President and CEO. "This year we're especially excited to introduce a major new LogPad platform that expands our clients' choices in using our eDiaries to improve diary compliance and increase patient safety while saving time and resources.
