Physicians Office Resource Appoints New Senior Vice President of Business Development

Seasoned Pharma and Medical Products Executive to Build Sales and Business Development Teams for Company's Online and Print Offerings for Physicians

BEDFORD, NH--(Marketwire - May 22, 2012) - Physicians Office Resource (POR), a trusted online and print resource for over 360,000 U.S. physicians, today announced that John Pasquale has been named Senior Vice President of Business Development. In this position, Pasquale will be responsible for managing and executing the growth of POR's online resources and print publications. POR's flagship product, PharmaCONNECT™, was built with physicians in mind and is the only virtual pharmaceutical information exchange that allows for real-time, on-demand interaction between docs and pharma reps. Pasquale is the newest addition to POR's growing management team. Ryan Slipakoff was recently named Vice President of PharmaCONNECT while Aaron Medaris was named POR's Vice President of DiagnosticsCONNECT and the new Associate Publisher of the company's print publication, Physicians Office Resource. Pasquale was most recently Vice President, Business Development at Group DCA, a PDI company, where he grew existing business with notable clients, including Novartis, Serono and Purdue and secured top pharmaceutical new business contracts with Merck, McNeil Healthcare and Endo. Prior to Group DCA, Pasquale was Associate Director of Marketing at Meda Pharmaceuticals (formerly MedPointe) where he managed and executed on a number of brand marketing initiatives.
