PicScout Recognized Among Fastest Growing Companies
Deloitte Israel Technology Fast 50 2009 Ranks PicScout # 4
TEL AVIV, ISRAEL--(Marketwire - November 1, 2009) - PicScout, the market leader in worldwide
image services and enabler of client image monetization activities, today
announces that the company has been ranked among the top 10 fastest growing
technology companies of the 2009 Deloitte Israel Technology Fast 50. To
determine that PicScout is among the fastest growing companies in Israel,
Deloitte reviewed and calculated revenue growth percentages for fiscal year
revenues over five years (2004-2008), comparing growth across all
technology companies, and ranking PicScout number 4.
"We are very pleased with the achievement and recognition which the
Deloitte Fast 50 signifies and thank all who have worked so hard and
believed in PicScout -- our investors, our team, and last but not least our
loyal customers --these are the people who have enabled us to achieve this
recognition," said PicScout CEO Offir Gutelzon. "We anticipate
ever-increasing PicScout performance as we strengthen the image industry
with our newest technology platform. Just as our success today points to
our distinguished proprietary technology in image fingerprinting and
tracking, PicScout looks to imminent and dramatic growth as we now enable
the image industry with yet another transformative model that moves the
industry to credit and monetize every image wherever one may be found."
Recently, PicScout made a series of announcements based on its powerful
PicScout Image IRC http://tinyurl.com/ybfu7tj with wide industry support
for its enabling platform http://tinyurl.com/yjpwdvf. PicScout developments
for the industry point to a new model where every image gets its credit.
With ownership and licensing clarified, and an infrastructure facilitating
connection for transactions with image users, a ubiquitous online image
marketplace has emerged that already boasts tens of millions of images
identified and offered through the PicScout Image IRC platform.
"PicScout was ranked 4 thanks to its growth rate of 3200% over the five
past years, and we commend PicScout for making the Deloitte Technology Fast
50. The industry's growing demand for PicScout's technological solution
will undoubtedly enable the company to continue its significant growth in
the upcoming years as well," said Tal Chen, director in charge of the
Deloitte Brightman Almagor Zohar Technology Fast 50 Program.
