Pinnacle Hires Beth Luques as National Education Director

Industry Specialist Hired to Oversee Company-Wide Training Initiatives


PHOENIX, AZ--(Marketwired - May 05, 2015) - Pinnacle, one of the nation's leading multifamily management firms, announced today that Beth Luques joined the company as a National Education Director tasked with creating and disseminating training programs to support nearly 3,000 employees across the country. Based in Scottsdale, she will report to Jennifer Staciokas, senior vice president of marketing and training.

Luques will oversee a team of nine learning and development professionals to carry out impactful national projects and supplement the University of Pinnacle, a robust proprietary tool offering relatable courses with personalized timelines, tracking and notifications. Previously the Director of Education for Greystar and Riverstone, Luques presented a holistic vision for education at the firms, where she blended learning models for both seated and virtual instruction. There, she developed onboarding and mentorship programs, sales, customer service and job specific training, and executive reports for compliance, safety and risk tracking. Luques will focus on achieving similar initiatives at Pinnacle.

Some of Luques' professional affiliations and educational qualifications include The Association for Talent and Development, Human Capital Institute, Training Magazine Network, Articulate Certification Training, The e-learning Guild, National Apartment Association, Triangle Apartment Association, Tech Knowledge Conference, North Carolina Association of Educators, and TESOL International. She holds degrees in Communications and Spanish from Appalachian State University in Boone, N.C, including K-12 Teacher Certification for both Spanish and ESL.
