PORTLAND, OR--(Marketwired - February 05, 2016) - Pinnacle, one of the nation's leading multifamily management firms, announced today that Brandy Guthery joined the company as a regional property manager to oversee a portfolio of conventional assets in the Portland market. Bringing 13 years of multifamily experience to the team, she will guide the operational and financial success of seven communities totaling 635 apartment homes. Guthery reports to Regional Vice President, Russ Peterson.

Guthery comes to Pinnacle from Guardian Management where she learned a ground-up approach to multifamily management. In her most recent role as a Senior Community Manager, she guided the day-to-day operations of a 279-unit community which encompassed reporting, revenue management, hiring, vendor relations, scheduling and more. Guthery will incorporate her hands-on knowledge to implement processes and achieve goals for some of Pinnacle's leading institutional clients.
An industry award winner, Guthery is a Certified Leasing and Sales Specialists ("CLASS") Trainer as well as an active volunteer and committee chair for Multifamily NW. A state champion in Oregon Dance, she is also a dance choreographer and coach for the North Clackamas School District.
