Pinnacle Hires Curtis Cardoza as Regional Marketing Director

Based in Seattle, he will guide leasing initiatives and resident programs for a portfolio located throughout Washington and Oregon. Cardoza will report to Daryl Smith, national marketing director, and Jennifer Staciokas, senior vice president of marketing and training.

Prior to Pinnacle, Cardoza facilitated marketing and advertising programs at Weidner Apartment Homes and Holland Partner Group. There, he specialized in creating extensive local and national advertising strategies, overseeing lead management programs, and writing marketing campaigns to support the short- and long-term goals for each asset.

Throughout his four years in the industry, Cardoza has built an expertise in leasing, marketing, technology and marketplace trends, which will benefit his onsite teams at Pinnacle. He also has extensive knowledge of social media applications and will utilize these skills to drive measurable business for his communities.
