Hynes reports to Regional Vice President Terry Henry.

Most recently, Hynes oversaw a geographically diverse portfolio for Catalyst Property Solutions and evaluated assets for either long-term hold or immediate disposition with the goal of optimal investment performance. The properties were comprised of Class A, B and C conventional assets, Section 8, tax credit, and senior housing. Her role required strategic and methodical thinking, which is trait that will transfer well into her current role with Pinnacle. In addition, Hynes held leadership positions at leading industry firms such as BH Management, Chatham Realty Holdings, Berkshire Realty Holdings and Intercapital Properties.
Hynes brings 25 years of industry experience to Pinnacle with proficiency in multi-site supervision that spans more than 53,000 units ranging from Class A new construction lease-ups and multi-million dollar rehabs to affordable and repositioned properties. Some of her key strengths include the ability to build employee commitment through listening to team views, encouraging ideas and innovative problem solving.
