Based in Atlanta as a regional property manager, she will oversee a mix of conventional and senior communities in a five-property portfolio. Holstein reports to Senior Vice President Greg Mark.
Holstein's property management career spans 25 years working with a range of Class A and B communities which have included renovations, lease-ups, bond-financed, tax credit, condo conversion and stabilized properties. Her diverse experience is complemented by strong leadership, motivational and training skills, and by her ability to build valuable relationships with third party clients.
Beginning her career at the property level with Trammell Crow Residential, Holstein achieved five major advancements over her 13-year tenure and eventually promoted to a regional manager role in the Atlanta metro area. She carried this experience to a position at Laramar, where she earned recognition as the company's distinguished Area Vice President of the Year in 2014. In this role, she gained further knowledge of the Atlanta metropolitan area as well as a variety of other markets including Chicago, Houston, Charlotte, Baltimore and the state of Florida.
