Stone reports to Russ Peterson, regional vice president of Pinnacle's properties in Oregon.

Previously with Guardian Management, Stone brings over 14 years of multifamily experience to Pinnacle with specializations in asset protection, financial management, talent recruiting and onboarding, strategic planning, and customer relations. Her ground-up experience with the company developed her in-depth understanding of multifamily operations and the essentials of team building. She has a diverse background overseeing all asset types ranging from new construction lease-ups to value-add properties. Stone has also worked extensively with both market rate and affordable communities.
Stone is an active member of the multifamily industry with memberships in the National Apartment Association, Multifamily NW, Washington Multi-Family Housing Association, Affordable Housing Management Association and Council for Affordable and Rural Housing. She also serves on various committees for the Multifamily NW and was an ACE recipient for both Manager of the Year in 2007 and Property of the Year in 2009.
