SEATTLE, WA--(Marketwired - July 29, 2015) - Pinnacle, one of the nation's leading multifamily management firms, announced today that Morgan Brock-McKean joined the company as a regional property manager overseeing multiple assets in western Washington. Based in Seattle, she reports to Melonie Shamley, vice president of the Washington Residential Division.
Most recently, McKean worked with Guardian Management where she was responsible for all aspects of 21 apartment communities in Washington and Oregon. She utilized 11 years of industry experience to ensure onsite team members met their financial, property and maintenance management goals for each property.

Prior to Guardian Management, McKean worked with Lincoln Military Housing as a resident manager of the Annapolis Naval Academy and Annapolis Naval Support military family housing community. She was also promoted through a variety of positions at Army Hawaii Family Housing where she oversaw 7,200 homes. Her specializations, which she derived from each of these positions, include all areas of property management operations, revenue enhancement, new construction and rehabilitations, human resources and team development.
McKean is a Certified Apartment Manager, National Apartment Leasing Professional, Total Quality Manager Designee and Trainer (Six Sigma) and Certified Defense Privatization Manager -- Levels 1, 2 and 3. She also has certifications in Rural Development STAR program, LIHTC Basic and Advance and Human Resources Management. McKean is involved with multiple professional organizations such as the National Apartment Association, Professional Housing Management Association, Affordable Housing Management Association, Council for Affordable and Rural Housing and Society for Human Resource Management. She graduated cum laude with a bachelor of science in business management from Colorado Technical University.
