For the past three years, Gamboa worked with Weidner Apartment Homes where she progressed from a Manager in Training to a Community Director and provided oversight for five properties during her tenure. There, she developed and managed an annual multi-million dollar operation budget and consistently exceeded budget objectives. Gamboa also excelled at minimizing delinquencies and bad debt losses through proactive management and mentoring. Under her direction, the property earned a 98 percent property audit score and a 100 percent benchmark score during a secret shop.
