Based in the Twin Cities, she reports to Kevin Charcut, regional vice president.

With over 23 years of property management experience, Neameyer has lengthy tenures with both Equity Residential and most recently StuartCo, where she oversaw market rate, student, senior and new construction properties. She has a proven ability to build strong teams and effectively improve the financial performance of her communities.
Neameyer has been an active member of the Minnesota Multi-Housing Association for the past 15 years, serving as both the committee and sub-committee chair for the organization's Golf Committee. A graduate of the University of North Dakota, she received a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations.
