Ryans reports to Toni Rials, regional vice president in North Texas.

Ryans joins Pinnacle with 13 years of multifamily experience. Most recently the district manager at TGM Communities, she oversaw 3,000 units in Illinois, Maryland and Virginia and a property management team of 70 employees. Her expertise for interior and exterior renovations shone brightly with the successful completions of a 600-unit renovation in the Chicago area yielding renewal rental increases up to $150 per month and a 576-unit suburban renovation that occurred simultaneously. Throughout her tenure, Ryans' portfolio demonstrated strong NOI growth driven by increases in total revenue, decreases in total expenses and the maintenance of stabilized occupancy. Other key industry positions were held at Riverstone Residential Group and Epoch Management.
Ryans is a Certified Apartment Manager and graduate of the University of Florida. With steady advancement in the industry, she earned recognition as the 2104 Rising Star Award recipient for Multi-Site Supervisor of the Year at TGM Communities.
