DALLAS, TX--(Marketwired - April 13, 2015) - Pinnacle, one of the nation's leading multifamily management firms, announced today that Toni Rials has joined the company as a regional vice president to oversee a portfolio of 88 properties and 21,227 units located throughout North Texas and Arkansas. Based in Dallas, Rials will report to Woody Stone, executive vice president of Pinnacle's Eastern Division.

Rials brings 23 years of operations, business development and marketing experience to the firm. Throughout her career, she has provided oversight for more than 80,000 units and achieved consistent value-add results for her clients across the country. She is adept at creating policies, improving expense control, providing financial analysis, executing capital improvements and exceeding NOI expectations.
Over the past decade, Rials has worked in a supervisory capacity at firms such as Gables Residential, Colonial Properties Trust, BRE Properties and Prime Group. She holds a Certified Property Manager designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management and sits on the Board of the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas. Rials earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the Forbes School of Business at Ashford University.
