DALLAS, TX--(Marketwired - September 02, 2015) - Pinnacle, one of the nation's leading multifamily management firms, announced today the hire of three regional property managers to oversee assets within one of the company's largest and fastest growing portfolios. Managing more than 20,600 apartment homes in the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area, Pinnacle continues to attract some of the best talent in the industry. Orlala Icenberger, Meghan Newberry and Carey Erff will each report to Regional Vice President Toni Rials.

Orlala Icenberger comes to Pinnacle after 22 years with Post Properties, most recently in the role of area vice president over the corporate housing division. She started her career with Post onsite and was quickly promoted through a variety of positions within the organization. During her tenure she gained extensive experience in multifamily, public storage and corporate housing. Icenberger's specializations include the development and implementation of effective business plans, sales, marketing and team building. She will initially supervise a team of 54 individuals and 7 communities while helping Pinnacle to capitalize on new business in the region.
Carey Erff brings 14 years of property management experience to oversee seven assets for Pinnacle. She has an award winning history of adding value for past employers, including Allied-Orion Group, JRK Residential and US Residential Group, through superior asset management, revitalization and construction of communities. Erff is a big-picture collaborator known for applying a detailed, analytical approach to achieve significant gains in profitability, occupancy and client satisfaction. She is a National Apartment Leasing Professional and Certified Apartment Manager.
Meghan Newberry comes to Pinnacle from Greystar, where she was responsible for overall operations of The Taylor, one of Dallas' premier communities. Prior, she oversaw several lease-up properties for Lincoln Property Company. Newberry has eight years of onsite experience and will work alongside other team members to manage three assets in the region. In her new role with Pinnacle, she will utilize her leadership expertise to motivate team members and assist with budgeting, revenue management, renovations, lease-ups and training for her assets. Newberry holds an Accredited Residential Manager Designation, Certified Trainer Designation and TEAM Management Certification. She has also received multiple awards for leasing and sales.
