TAMPA, FL--(Marketwired - May 16, 2016) - Pinnacle, one of the nation's leading multifamily management firms, announces the promotion of Cecilia Ford to vice president presiding over 6,050 apartment homes and three regional managers in Florida. A 25-year industry veteran, she is actively involved with new construction and lease-up projects within a 24-property portfolio extending along the Gulf Coast from Tampa to Fort Myers. Ford reports to David Bales, regional vice president.

Ford joined Pinnacle in 2010 as a regional manager in charge of 2,000 apartment homes in Tampa, Largo, St. Petersburg and Fort Myers, Fla. Responsible for the financial and operational performance of the assets, she handled budgeting, forecasting, marketing, sales and personnel management for the conventional and tax credit communities prior to her promotion.
Beginning her career as a leasing agent, Ford advanced to leadership positions at Aspen Square Management, WRH Realty Services and McKinley, Inc. Over the years, she became heavily involved with the development of multifamily product along the West Coast of Florida and brought in-depth experience with luxury developments, renovations and value-add properties to Pinnacle.
Ford is a Certified Apartment Manager, a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor and is the current secretary for the Florida Apartment Association. She is also a delegate for the National Apartment Association for the State of Florida and served as the past president of The Bay Area Apartment Association. Ford holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Saint Francis University.
