DALLAS, TX--(Marketwired - March 17, 2016) - Pinnacle, one of the nation's leading multifamily management firms, announces the promotion of Cindee Myers to regional property manager to preside over five apartment communities in the Dallas metropolitan area. This is the second promotion for Myers since joining the company ten years ago. She will collaborate with a 15-person regional team led by Toni Rials, regional vice president, in the burgeoning North Texas market.
"Cindee has done a tremendous job earning and maintaining client confidence and has been instrumental in every phase of development for her properties, including land acquisition, design, lease up strategy and ongoing operations," said Rials. Myers advances from an area manager position where she most recently oversaw the construction and lease-up efforts for Hebron 121, a multi-phase luxury community with an estimated 1,700 apartment homes upon completion in Lewisville, Texas. In this role, she notoriously stabilized the first two phases ahead of schedule with exceptional occupancy trends. Subsequent to her promotion, Myers was assisting with construction, design, budget development, team building, and assuring exceptional service was provided to residents during a third-phase building construction process.
Prior to Pinnacle, Myers was promoted through three positions at AMLI Residential where she began her multifamily career as a leasing consultant. At the company, she gained ground-up onsite experience that culminated with the management of over 460 units and a staff of 12 people.
